Your content and customer data
You keep ownership of your data and grant us a license to host and process it to run the Service. You warrant you have the rights and consents to upload any personal data of your clients and employees.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing use, malware, interference, unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, or circumventing usage limits. We may suspend or remove violating content.
Not a party to your dealings
TechoStop provides tools only and is not a party to invoices, payments, contracts, or disputes between you and your clients, and does not warrant the legal validity of e-signatures. Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans bill in advance and auto-renew; taxes are your responsibility; except where law requires, payments are final and non-refundable.
Warranties, liability, indemnity
The Service is provided 'as is'; our liability is capped; and you agree to indemnify TechoStop for your data, use, and violations. You are responsible for your own backups.
