Controller and processor
TechoStop is the controller of account data we collect to run and bill the Service, and a processor for the client and employee data that account owners upload on their own behalf.

Information we collect
Account details, business profile, the client/employee/project/invoice/expense/document/form/meeting data you create, uploaded files and media, billing records, and usage, device, IP, and location data.
How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, analyze usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, auth, backend), Cloudflare (security, delivery, R2 file storage), Cloudinary (media), Razorpay (payments), email/SMTP providers, and Geoapify (address lookup). We do not sell personal data.
Security and retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, and access controls, and retain data while your account is active and as required by law. No system is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Data added by a business should be requested from that business.
